Forms: Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Appeal Forms
The 2024-25 Satisfactory Academic Progress Appeal Form will be available via my.SDSU in the "Tasks" tile.
You will need to submit a Satisfactory Academic Progress Appeal Form if:
- You did not complete 66.67% of the units you attempted. This includes transfer units, test credits, and SDSU Units taken during your academic career at SDSU
- Your GPA is below the minimum SAP standard
The deadline for submitting a Summer 2024 appeal is July 24, 2024 (by 3 pm Pacific Time).
The deadline for submitting a Fall 2024 appeal is November 27, 2024 (by 3 pm Pacific Time).
The deadline for submitting a Spring 2025 appeal is April 24, 2025 (by 3 pm Pacific Time).
The 2024-25 Maximum Unit Appeal will be available via my.SDSU in the "Tasks" tile.
You will need to submit a Maximum Unit Appeal Form if:
- You have completed the maximum units and/or semesters for which you may receive aid for your degree The deadline for submitting a Summer 2024 appeal is July 24, 2024 (by 3 pm Pacific Time).The deadline for submitting a Fall 2024 appeal is November 27, 2024 (by 3 pm Pacific Time).The deadline for submitting a Spring 2025 appeal is April 24, 2025 (by 3 pm Pacific Time).
PDF or Excel format
- PDF format: All forms are in Portable Document Format (PDF) and require Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher to view and print (download Adobe Acrobat Reader).
- Excel format: Documents in Excel format (XLS) require Excel Viewer (download Excel Viewer).
